I know I’ve been away for a bit. The last several days have been pretty rough, I was struggling with depression and trying desperately to get myself out of this dark mood. I didn’t have the energy to do anything, and without going into too much detail or over-sharing, I was not in a good place.
But today things started to look up. I worked out and took a shower for the first time in almost a week. Tonight I made myself a healthy dinner, and tomorrow I’m going to treat myself to some serious self-care.
