I'm honestly not feeling great. I only had 4 more months to go until I could claim menopause, but shark week came today. Is it okay if i talk to y'all about this? I used to. Hehe!😂 Anyway, I only had 4 months to go. Now I have to start the 12 month countdown again.

The good thing about entering menopause later, at 55 years or older (average age in the US is 51? They say a women has a greater chance of living longer.😜

In other news, my appointment for menopause hormone replacement therapy was rescheduled from November 5th to December 2nd. Sad. I feel like my musculoskeletal issues, among several other things, are related. But my musculoskeletal issues are affecting my quality of life more than anything else. I'm so ready to talk to the doctor about this and hopefully get some help.
