Added 2023-07-21 04:05:07 +0000 UTCI keep having this feeling that I need to get somewhere. It’s the most uncomfortable feeling. I feel like I’ve been driving and driving, and not enjoying enough. Finally made the call the yesterday to cancel Alaska this summer. With all the wildfires in BC, plus all the driving I’ve already done/the time crunch before the cold comes, I don’t feel like I’d really get to enjoy it. I feel so much lighter with this decision. I’d love to try again next year for the entire summer if that’s how it plays out. I have no where to be but out in the world exploring and creating! What a relief to know I can stay where I want for however long I want. I’m slow and steady falling in love with Canada! Plan on staying here for a while as long as the smoke doesn’t get too crazy.
