I finally picked up a 20lb kettlebell and did a light leg day, this morning. Feeling soft and loose with my physique. It’s time to get back to moving. It felt so good to get in a shower, and clean myself up a bit. I’m feeling like this might be the reset I needed. Stay tuned! I know y’all love the shower content, and sometimes feel like I post it too much, but then realize I really don’t post it enough, especially lately. I have a solar shower on my roof I’m thinking of using with all this warm weather Canada is having. I do think I’m getting acclimated to the cooler temps, which makes for getting naked outside, a little easier.
