Added 2020-12-26 22:36:14 +0000 UTCI just came through my last year shots and wow I actually made some gains! I was so hard and harsh on myself during the past year that I made zero gains but it all was not true at all! I just felt down because of all those IFBB pros in my Instagram newsfeed which is not right way of thinking at all! In the end is all about MY GAINS and MY PROGRESS not someone else's ones and that is the only thing that matters! Thank you guys for supporting me! I will continue to push myself as hard as I can to go further so here's a quick body update for you all! 🥰
