Added 2023-09-29 17:21:10 +0000 UTCHappy Friday! ✨ well the gym absolutely kicked my a$$ today (spaghetti arm day 🤭) and I am wanting a nap haha I have an appointment for lashes rn and THEN I’ll have some coffee ☕️ I know coffee is not good for you ~ depending on the caffeine consumption your magnesium absorption becomes limited ~ but it’s been a tough thing to quit. Just trying to be better where I can be, but I at least don’t use sugar so that’s helpful!
