

Hello dear! I decided to write this post about loosing motivation and procrastination, honestly I have such period right now 📝 I am that type of person who almost usual wants to create, develop new ideas and live the real life! But it’s already few weeks how I constantly feel tired🥱 But I’m sure it’s not only me who feels the same, especially in winter ❄️🥶 So I’m sharing some of my ways to deals with laziness: 1. Drinking a lot of water (1,5-2l every day!) Idk how it works but water brings energy to our bodies! 2. Sure it’s also a Yoga/Stretching! Sometimes it’s very difficult to start, but I promise, after training you feel 100% better!!! 3. My main inspiration are blogs of my favourite bloggers! Where they also share their weaknesses and strengths, happiness and blues 💙 I understand that all people have such periods in life, and you can’t just work and be happy 24/7🤷♀️ Oh-oh, I thought It would be shorter 😅 Here we obviously need to do a second part!
