Though, I never "trusted" to have my cards read by a professional. Unclear if the skeptic in me prevented me from having that experience, but it wasn't until I got my own cards that I ever dabble with fortune-telling. Now, I have studied, and own various books on how to read tarot cards and like to use them whenever I feel a little lost. In my research, I often came across the sentiment that each deck of cards has its own "personality." It wasn't something I grasped until I experienced it myself. My cards are straight to the point, blunt, and at times a little bit ruthless, but I guess so am I, and I rarely accept advice that isn't delivered in the same way.
