I’ve been thinking a lot about the permanent dungeon/playroom. It’ll be in the loft, but it’s a proper room with a staircase, followed by a landing, and then two rooms - not a ladder! So it’s very much a proper space! The only problem is, the bottom of this staircase is open onto the landing - if memory serves, there’s a curtain there. Firstly, my cat is definitely going to go up there and I don’t really want him in my latex space. The other issue is, if I have vanilla guests visiting, I don’t really want them up there either! What I really, really want is a secret bookcase door… I’ll have to buy another copy of a latex photography book I have and use that as the secret ‘latch’… ahhh, maybe it’s a pipe dream. But I have looked up instructions and it doesn’t SEEM that hard to do!
