


Hi loves!! 👋 I've gotta say I'm really getting excited for Mt Everest now!! The countdown is ON! I leave in 3 weeks!! As many of you know I've been training extremely hard, getting in about 5 hours of exercise per day. 💪 I wake up in the morning and start my day with 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of light weight strength training. Then around 3pm I get suited-up for my evening hike. I wear a weighted-vest (15lbs) and walk between 5-6 miles which ends up being around 10,000 to 12,000 steps. Around 10pm I do a late night cardio session of 45 mins and then another 30 minutes of lightweight strength training. By the end of the day (around midnight) I'm pretty exhausted. But it has been a really interesting challenge so far and I've enjoyed it! It's hard, but overall it teaches great discipline and keeps me goal oriented. 💪
