Living the last month of winter in a warm climate was the best time when there were green palm trees outside the window, and not dirty gray snow 👙Emotions overwhelmed me as I strolled along the sandy beach, feeling the gentle touch of warm air on my face. The majestic cliffs framing the boundless sea made one's heart stop in awe of nature🤭🦀 Every day in Vietnam was filled with new experiences🐳 I explored the narrow streets of ancient cities, immersed myself in the unique atmosphere of local markets, where a bright variety of flavors and colors prevailed. Inhaling the smells of exotic fruits and spices, I tried to capture every detail in my memory so that I would not forget this moment when I returned home🤫🤭 I discovered Vietnamese cuisine from a new perspective. Street vendors offered the freshest seafood and vegetables, which they happily cooked in front of my eyes 🍛🍜Getting to know the national dishes was a real culinary journey. I tasted the popular pho, fried rice cakes ban siok, as well as products from famous Vietnamese cuisine – soy sauce nookmam and fragrant rice leaf🍱🍣 Returning home was not easy. Outside the window, the city is shrouded in a veil of snow, and everything around seemed somewhat gray and ghostly 🥺🥶But I know that there will always be warmth and beauty of Vietnam in my heart, living in my memories. It was an unforgettable month that left a mark on my soul for the rest of my life✈️🪂
