If we are having certain thoughts or attitudes we wish to shift, how empowering to know we can work on the body and nervous system first. • If we are feeling overwhelmed and our thoughts are feeling anxious or more scattered— finding ways to see how the body is showing that. We may need deep breaths to shift out. We may need a walk or light movement of some kind to release some of the energy out. ✨Watching how our thoughts shift when we work to shift the body and nervous system first can be so very powerful✨
