

π«A reminder for us all π« When the mind is pressed or anxious, it can fall into being tunneled, leading us to guide ourselves through using old patterns and answers within old thinking, this not allowing us clarity in our decision making and moving forward in our thinking. We must first come out of the mind and back into the body. In bringing presence and calm to the body, the mind also follows π« ππ»When you feel anxious or pressed: -Affirm β I am not the thoughts that are here or that come into my mind.β - Shake the body to ground the body and release the anxious energy (intentional jumps up and down, shaking out the limbs) - Guide SLOW, GENTLE and DEEP breaths INTO the nose and OUT of the nose, following the easeful breath as it flows in and out. (** Nose breathing, especially with our tongue at the roof of the mouth, calms down the body and mind, bringing our nervous system from survival mode to a state of calm. ) - Get outside and connect your body with the Earth.
