Maybe it’s trying a new food each week? Maybe it’s going out for live music one night? Maybe it’s scheduling time for creating? Maybe it’s dancing around the kitchen while you cook? Maybe it’s watching something that brings you a laugh? With life’s responsibilities and pacing - we have to be the reminders and creators of these moments for ourselves otherwise - we can get stuck in the - shoulds, responsibilities and stagnancy. To add the color. To find the joy or even - create it. Every moment we honor this for ourselves - we are filling our own cup back up. The more our own cup is filled - the more we can take on the day to day, responsibilities and all with calm, ease and broader perspective It is not selfish to spend time nourishing YOU It is a need. ❤️
