(i have tachycardia and i have to take really good care of my heart, my heart rate is literally insane and probably goes hand in hand with my generalized anxiety - a few years ago i had to wear a heart monitor for 24 hours and it was like wearing a wire lol, half queen half machine. 🤖🏗🏭 if i find those pics i’ll post them i actually took nudes of that too)
also a bit sad to lose the 69 haha but 6.4 is great 👍
