The exterior of the tower is shaped like a candle, and it is the symbol of Kyoto! From the observatory I could see from Kyoto city to the skyscraper Abeno Harukas in Tennoji, Osaka. The weather was clear and the air was clean, so I could see everything clearly and it felt great! I am actually going to Kamikochi from Hida Takayama on the Shinkansen first thing tomorrow morning.
