I get home on Thursday to end the year in my own bed. Thank all of you for your support. $$$ and with the comments and such. I will be avail to do Skype s or orders next week. I am still recovering from all the various injuries and now my lipo this year but feel it’s all off to a better start for 2021. My frozen shoulder procedure is Jan 8th so a week from Friday. At that point I expect to be able to resume full on training and physical things. So looking forward to being able to make progress with my physical being soon. This am I got up at 5:15 and worked out with my daughter- she has a basement gym, where my bedroom here is too.
We did legs and butt stuff with a beach body video. It has been nice. I made us eggs, spinach and oatmeal for breakfast. Going to wash the dishes and fold some laundry here then later take my granddaughter over to see the other grandkids. Been holding my 4 month old grandson all am. Very Blessed.
