



Good Morning, Ok so I went to the bookstore yesterday and I looked over “the whole 30” , for me it seemed to complicated and not inspiring . So I went through a bunch of books and found this one. This is what I picked, the I feel I will actually do. The 3rd photo with all those empowering descriptions more sounded like that of Goddess type nutrition. I am going to start getting into this today and implement these things. I just liked the principles better and it seems to be more for me.
So I will keep you posted on how its going. Promise more porn this week to. I just have to get myself on track and in order. Going back to the actual gym this am after taking a bit of time off for the lipo recovery. I did 2 homework’s on my trip last week in my daughters home gym. Doing legs and butt as arm still not there yet but that is Friday to fix. I can’t wait to fix it.
