I have been having shoulder issues again but not with my left side, now its moved to the right. Then Sunday I went to have a massage and it got super tight afterwards.... I woke up and could hardly get out of bed on Monday. I laid around and watched Netflix and You Tube and finally end of day my physical therapy guy had a cancellation so I went in. I came home and went to bed early. Then today I went to acupucture, then did errands and came home went in my pool and spa. It feels better in the water. Then I had my massage guy come over and had a really painful deep massage and we did a lot of stretching. I have like a super bad kink in upper middle right back and it has been spasming. To say the least this isn’t fun. I will get online and get you some content tomorrow ! Much love and sorry about the issues. Doing a body detox too with just my smoothies, salad, veggies and light proteins. I am hoping to get enough antioxidants. I may start swimming laps tomorrow as in the water I feel normal... Maybe I am a mermaid. No cam show this week to try and get better. Xoxo
