

A little physique update for you all 👀 I didn't go to the gym or anything on my trip BUT swimming, surfing, and hiking were all quite the workout 🥵 I'm also going back into weight lifting tomorrow after weeks of just martial arts so I'm pumped, let's get these quads and biceps to GROW 😤 you know so I can look beefier or maybe crush someone with my thighs and arms...maybe both.
