After weeks of inactivity apart from bouncing on the bed in a erotic fashion. I thought I had lost my stamina and strength to do anything remotely strenuous. Smashed it, with room to spare. I could have done more. I didn't though, you know let's ease into it, let's not go all gung ho.
It's time to get my figure back. I'm not hitting my next decade sloppy.
