✨ Skincare: Cleanse, tone, and moisturize—don’t forget SPF! Protect your skin, and it’ll thank you later.
✨ Breakfast: A balanced meal with some protein, healthy fats, and carbs (like eggs, avocado, and toast) keeps me feeling full and fabulous.
✨ Hot Tea or Coffee: Whether it’s black espresso or tea with herbals, it help me to wake up!
