So I got some messages asking for behind the scenes stuff and flexing as well as some other things. So for this weeks mini set and video release I decided to do both. I included my workout photos as well as shoveling and digging for the dogs new fence in the backyard as well as the post shower outfit as I was feeling pretty good about all of my hard work and wanted to share the vibe. <3 Hope you all enjoy this weeks video.
