It can get pretty wild when you're on a trip but want to get a good pump before going out for the day so here's some tips. There's a few video options as well - the first is a simple workout for all subs / the second is a dress down to a tiny bikini, just to make sure you can see all the muscles at work ;) / and the third is a full dress down and soapy wash off, because being clean after a workout is important~!
