So I struggle with agoraphobia due to some mental health stuff that sucks (I’ll just leave it at that for now). I went out like I do everyday to keep my agoraphobia from getting out of control but I was having a really hard time today. But I’m doing better now and was able to stay out and am sitting in my car reading my current book. I like to incorporate some philosophy into my life and I just want to take the time to appreciate how happy I feel to have the opportunity to sit down and read and drink some tea when I thought I was going to have to turn around and go home. There was a time 5yrs ago I couldn’t even walk to my mailbox and still sometimes struggle with that on really bad days. But if I’ve learned anything it’s to appreciate the little things I’ve taken for granted all my life. I hope everyone has a great day today❤️
