I've made some massive changes and obvious mental shifts over the past couple months and I've put a lot of effort into working on my mental health. I've felt for a long time I've never had the time and capacity to focus and improve my work life because so much baggage has piled on top of me, its a balancing act that I've struggled to find clarity with. I'm hoping for 2020 that I can ground myself in a place that represents who I am, find stability and routine in my work and personal life so I feel capable to take on more responsibility. More importantly, to find joy in those moments and genuinely let myself feel proud of my progress. Thank you for being a part of my strange internet journey, I've made some pretty awesome connections with people and I really do wish y'all the best. So what do you have to be proud of over the last decade?
