I only planned a short hiatus but it seems that I may need more time. This morning I was experiencing a sharp constant pain in my lower right side, after experiencing a day full of discomfort. The pain increasingly became more severe, leaving me to cry on the floor of the back of the coffee shop I run. I eventually couldn't handle it any longer and cut my shift short to go to the ER. A urine test, bl00d test, 3 different ultrasounds, a CT scan, 2 doses of morphine, and 9 hours later... the doctors cannot find exactly what is wrong. They suspect that I have a kidney infection, but even then it cannot explain the unbearable pain i was feeling. I am advised to rest until my symptoms are gone and to monitor myself to ensure that my seemingly healthy appendix and gallbladder don't rupture. Much love <3
