Through this I wasn't working out cause of tattoo healing. So like 3 mth off. During the medison detox getting it out of system and lifestyle eating change, I felt SO damn weak. Looked like hell in my own eyes. So I was REALLY stuggling not only mentally but physically. To feel not strong after being kick ass was very depressing. To now see I was NOT a lost cause that I can actually find that strong me again is a relif and encouaging! Anyways this video really shows off my back, traps, lats, chest muscles, biceps and more!
