

I took a MONTH away from the gym to reset my joints, my body, and mostly my head. This is what I look like today… after a month OFF! It’s CRITICAL, yet so hard to do for most guys who train. Taking a week off can be hard. But in the end… you lose ZERO muscle, the workout today felt AMAZING, and I’m ready to go push harder again! Getting ready for our nude beach vacation in a few weeks!
