Added 2023-01-22 15:40:49 +0000 UTCWhat happened to the weekend? Where did it go? Did it fly away and just leave Me here, in its wake? (pianos come in) . . . (light silent guitar) . . . break . . . Heavy loud hard massacring screams from the speed of My fingers on this fucking guitar, slice them wide open and bleed on the floor. (think of it done in a similar way as a nice mix of "Cousin Keven" from the original LP and the soundtrack, and from the movie itself, TOMMY, which is amazingly well performed by Paul Nicholas, and for your convenience, I have provided you with links to enjoy some of it with Me. Cousin Kevin @TheWho https://youtu.be/2fJlmT-be4E Testing the ability to add iframes here? Here's the link in case the iframe thing didn't work. https://youtu.be/HaBIK5mIycs This leads us down the Paul Nicholas rabbit hole to one of My very favorite movies of all time . . . "Sargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" have a look at Paul Nicholas's amazing role as Dougie Shears, the band's promoter and side hustling brother of the lead guy Billy Shears. I'd share a clip of that too if I could find it, and I sure wish I could because it's awesome on so many levels. That whole album and movie and everything and one it has inspired and still does. My Favorite is this right here . . . https://youtu.be/tZoIxlRC32k , Damn what I wouldn't do for a stack of amps like that. To end this on a fun and light-hearted note . . . Here's a little AB (Annie Body) trivia for you . . . right here . . . I use to basically be a roadie for My best friend who was an amazing guitarist. Not sure he ever even realized how good he really was, and probably still is, but he was fucking amazing and was why I roadied and helped lug those huge amps around wherever he played, and he played a lot too. Looking back at it I guess I kind of helped promote, manage, coach, roadie, best friend, the whole nine really. Well almost the whole nine ;-) Man, he could play Ingvy Malstien like it was nothing, learned stuff like poof. I really appreciated his abilities then, but today I appreciate them so much more and on many other leaves, since learning how to play guitar myself, and like him, self-taught. I carry so much more respect for him and his dedication to it. ODD Thought . . . I do believe that the majority of My best friends in life have been male, with only the occasional female here or there, who would generally be a bit more submissive a personality or twins, and preferably both. #nowthatsendingonagoodnote #anniebabbles
