

This picture took balls to post but hear me out....... I've finally had the all clear to be able to exercise after my C-section. I've had 2 operations in the last 6 months during my pregnancy and have herniated spine but I'm still trying to rock it....🤣 however I really don't want to gain anymore weight, I have photoshoot booked at the end of july with a bunch of girls, and I have had several photographers message me for shoots. Anyone know of any food exercise I can do with a herniated spine?? 🤣 I need to loose weight for an operation next year regarding my boobs and stomach so I need to loose weight. Help a girl out with some tips and shiiiit. 🤣✌
