




last week's goal was to control my thoughts better - not let the negative self talk about the weight gained take over. it went well! the more I meditate, the more I find it easier to stop my thoughts. like i said last night, taking control over my thoughts right before bed has seriously changed the game for me. this week, i want to work on channeling my energy on healing. i said this on sc, but to prevent "looping" with psychotropic therapy, i HAVE to do the healing work before the actual journey or else i will get home and everything will immediately go back to normal. which means i would not only have wasted time and energy but I would have wasted money you guys helped raise to get me to NYC in the first place! so that can't happen. its funny though, I've found myself looking back to my college textbooks on bio and neuro. i have to relearn everything about the parasympathetic nervous system for this journey on the 22nd. I've also been relearning biochemistry to UNLEARN all the crap I've been doing to my body that has ruined my metabolism in an attempt to heal it. im so glad i never tossed them out! i brought my textbooks with me to SF then back again. i knew i'd need them at some point. anyway, what is a goal you have for this week and how will you execute on it?
