The fact is that these foods are cheap to produce and do not support human health, let alone a growing baby! The fats inside them, when consumed without the hydrogen-rich fats found in animal foods, cause and exacerbate every disease known to man! DOES THIS NOT JUST MAKE YOU WANT TO THROW UP? So here's how I've been learning to detox these unnatural amounts of polyunsaturated fats in my diet. ✨ I've replaces any and ALL oils with saturated fats (ghee & beef tallow) ✨ I consume vitamin e once a day!
