good morning! my body progress! the weight is melting off of me! and I’m eating WELL over 2500 calories a day in nutrient dense foods (eggs, like ~so many~ eggs, meat, raw honey, cheese, bone broth, potatoes, oysters, kiwi, OJ, apples, sprouted and soaked oatmeal, and more eggs.) this just goes to show that weight management isn’t so much about caloric intake as it is about hormones ♥️♥️
