I always get askedâŚâHow do you always stay in shape?â Well, Iâve been doing this consistently for over 21 yrs. Jared, almost 30 yrs. Never have we taken a break longer than 2 weeks. Thatâs how you stay in shape, day after day, year after year. Before kidsâŚafter kids. During hard timesâŚafter hard times. You just keep going. My question isâŚwhy would you purposely, and knowingly neglect your health? It just seems odd that the majority of society makes conscious choices that literally ruin their health. Usually with that also comes an unwanted physique. A physique that makes many unhappy, self-conscious, and even depressed at times. So why would you do that, and why wouldnât you exercise or work out? Because itâs hard? I believe being unhealthy, unhappy, and self-conscious over your body to be far worse and much, much harder. But heyâŚdo you đ¤ˇđťââď¸
I know that at nearly 40 Iâm in better shape than in my 20âs; prior to motherhood. Plus Iâm happy, have a high self esteem, very active, physically strong, and I can do everything I need to with my extremely active husband, and even more active 10 year old boy. Plus it also helps protect against illnesses, diseases, and even brain degeneration. Seems like a win/win if you ask me. Now if youâre happy with yourself and your body, then more power to ya! This doesnât apply to you. As long as youâre happy đ
Hereâs a glute workout/session I did just the other day. Very fast paced, little rest, and back to back exercises. Tough workout, but I loved it! I love a good set of legs, and a nice, ârealâ ass to go with those legs đ
