In case y'all were curious how the boring (elimination) diet is going... it's still boring as heck! I am sticking with it though. But man, I miss tasty food. I miss butter. I miss cupcakes. I miss cream cheese. I miss bacon. The way it works, if you're not familiar, is you stop eating all potential trigger foods. Basically most fats, dairy, spices, breads, basically anything tasty! 😅 and once you've been eating nothing but bland and boring for a month or so, you slowly introduce things back into your diet, one at a time, and only in small quantities, giving yourself 2 or 3 days to see if you react to it or not. If you're ok with it, then you can add a new thing, and so on and so on... it's tedious, but will hopefully be worth it. Cthulhu help me if my problem food was ice cream all along. I can't live without it. 🍨🥄
