This is the second (and last) part of this video that I posted the first part a couple weeks ago or so. This one is new. A little update on my life - as I was preparing for NY Pro I was temporarily sidelined in life by two things at the same time. The first was emergency house reconstruction that was ridiculously expensive and barely any paid for by insurance. The work took half a year and caused lots of stress. The next is bone spurs. I developed bone spurs and that meant no cardio absent intense pain. So I dropped out of NY Pro. The good news is that the house is back to life and my bone spurs are manageable enough that I can lift really heavy again. Enough so that I’m planning on competing in maybe five weeks in powerlifting. Before I decide if I’m competing in bodybuilding this year or holding off until next, I have to see how the treatment I’ve been getting for my bone spurs play out. Bodybuilding prep is more demanding and I need to know I can do the prep before I start it. I’m trying to avoid surgery otherwise I’ll be off my feet for weeks and won’t be able to do powerlifting nor bodybuilding for a while. Either way, I’m not done competing in bodybuilding and worse case scenario is I get surgery if my conservative treatment didn’t work and then compete next year. I’ll be posting some recently shot video up soon! 😘😘😘😘
