Today I want to tell you about a ***new yoga experience*** I had today.... 🧘♀️✨ In the morning I decided to dedicate time to myself and my body, so I went to a yoga class. It was a real journey inside myself, into a world of harmony and inner peace. I started my practice with meditation to calm the mind and tune into positive energies.Hehe...***what relaxes you at the end of the work week?*** I was able to go into silence and focus on my breathing. It helped me become more light and relaxed...would you like to try one of the practices with me)? Like breathing? ***maybe we could do a practice where we both breathe faster?)
