I promise? **please excuse the mess and poor video quality while I’m still working on my set up? ✨My go-to home workout warm up: 50 jumping jacks➡️10 jump squats➡️30 sec rest X3 (video 1 and 2, peep my head almost hitting the ceiling with those jump squats ?) ??Dumbbell front raises 10x4 ??Incline bench 10x4 (video 3) ??Flat dumbbell bench 10x4 ??Finish with 3x15 leg lifts for those abs ?
