(You’ll notice I like to workout to dubstep ?) ✨Video 1: GLUTE KICKBACKS - I use these as an activator before my squats but after my warm up. Really focus on ENGAGING that lower glute right below your butt cheek. ✨Video 2: BANDED SIDE SHUFFLE - I use these as a burn out at the end of my workout to really burn out that lower and side glute.
