One of my goals for this year is to be better with my skin care including finding a trusted med spa and sticking to regular facials and other treatments for long term benefit. But my quick advice for you is just to START! For men especially!! Buy a cleanser, any gentle cleanser is fine to start and just USE IT. Follow with a facial moisturizer with SPF and bam, you’re on your way to better skin (of course it’s not just that easy but you’d be surprised how much a difference this little first step makes).
