

Good morning lovelies! I’m back with more low quality gym pics and high quality gym advice 😅 Todays focus is: STOP WAITING AROUND Are all the 5/10/15lb dumbbells taken? Get creative! For many exercises you can get by with plate weights or kettlebells. I like to use 10lb plates for my front delt raises or warmup bicep curls. You can also use a 25 or 45lb plate for bicep curls and chest press - plus you get bonus work on your grip strength. OR try to seek out the smaller “hidden” sets of dumbbells - every gym has a couple sets in the fitness class rooms or by the stretching areas Speaking of stretching areas - take advantage of the open space by doing free weight exercises versus waiting in line for a machine.
