What’s your favorite thing to make and eat?*** Beef Wellington (made with filet!). It's just so tasty. You can prep it before the guests gets here. It has the WOW factor. And it's quite challenging to get right but once you know how, it's super easy. I am thinking about serving that up for my Christmas dinner this year :) Oh and, yes, there are some vegetarian options now. "Vegan Wellingtons" HELL NAH! FUCK THAT! This isn't a wellington! LOL
