HIS original restaurant. Hands down, the best...EVER! It's a 6-months waiting list to get a table. It's expensive. But the service, the food, the experience...nothing beats it. I've been to many Ramsay locations...and most of them are pure marketing plays nowadays. It's just tourist traps. Don't get em wrong, food is good. But exceptional? For that price? Meh... But on my top-10 list, it would probably be my only expensive restaurant. Some of the best food I ever had was in small restaurants in Vietnam, or in a village north of Singapore. I've had some delightful afternoon tea experiences in tea houses in god knows where locations in Scotland. Had some amazing BBQ in South Africa, etc. But you asked me the BEST...so I had to answer. What did I eat there? Food...like 10 courses! LOL I can't exactly remember since every fucking course had a mile long name hahahaha
