I only focus on what I'm doing as this is MY race. (OK I did peek at the guy next to me as I was plodding away and I could feel the judgements run down my brain much like the sweat which was on display.) Back to motivational speech think. Q music. I've always loved fitness. Never been the best at anything in particular but always open minded and give anything ago. Boxing is refreshing and I enjoy it. I feel the burn and the excitement. I like the mental aspect and the drive and changes my body is going through. Moving the body is uber jolly important. I won't repeat that phrase.
