



Let's make 9 grain flaked oatmeal! 💞 Boil water, add salt to taste and some coconut oil then raw 9 grain flakes and dried fruit of choice, stir briefly while simmering on low. Turn off heat and cover for about 5 minutes. Top with a little honey or raw sugar and your favorite milk if desired. I used dried cranberries this morning, chopped apple, fresh or dried, chopped pitted dates, raisins, etc are all good. You can also add a dash of cinnamon. 😋
