Which is rare for this year but I’ll take it 😂 If you don’t follow me on Twitter I’ve recently got a new therapist and have been giving myself the mental/ emotional time I need between sessions. I’m doing a lot of unlearning and healing and I feel like I’m getting better. Progress isn’t a straight line but I’m really enjoying the climb out of where I used to be.
