Then, there are foods that are GREAT for helping with balance for taste and smell:

Celery

Parsley

Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated is really good for overall taste and sperm health but overhydration can lead to thinner and more watery semen. If you experience thin and watery semen otherwise, it could be a sign of low zinc in your body, from which you may want to get a zinc level test and possibly take a supplement to help get to a normal level.

Next, we have thickness and overall amount. We all know the more you cum, the less each load has in it. BUT, you can actually safely jack that bad boy up by simply taking the following:

Foods or supplements high in Vitamin C and E
Walnuts
Folate
Bananas
