Tip: Elevating the heels 📈 allows for the knees to pass the toes to a greater extent 👉🏽 2. Weighted Sumo Squats: I used a 25lb weight & added in an extra movement 🏃🏼♀️ 👉🏽 3. Squat Rack: 🏋🏼♀️ I started at 50lbs, then 60lbs, and ended at 75lbs! I added 2.5lb plates to elevate my knees again! 🍑
