

Okay so this year is filled with new goals and I can already just tell the difference! I've been working out every day for about a month with about 4 rest days that I've taken. Eating healthier and drinking more water. I feel amazing❤ I went through a long stage of depression and with that comes depressive eating where I put on some weight which isn't alot but I could definitely tell from where I use to be. This year is full of new opportunities and I'm so excited to get where I'm going. What do you think so far its not a huge difference but my ass is getting way more fit😝
